This is a Core Course, that makes part of Security & Law curriculum. It focuses on juridical questions about protection of environment in some sectors that are particularly sensitive to the sustainability. This is in order to assess whether the instruments currently in use to ensure environmental sustainability are sufficiently effective or need to be supplemented and how.
